St Louis Mint specializes in custom silver products. By accessing our Site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purchases & Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of stock levels displayed on our Site. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated (see Section 5 – Returns & Refunds).
3. Payment & Security
We accept payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
All transactions are processed securely. St Louis Mint does not store or have access to your payment information.
In the event of a payment dispute or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or restrict access to our Site.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, St Louis Mint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the volatility of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and determine a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of St Louis Mint and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
